Welcome to Exploration Unlimited. By accessing or using our platform, services, or content (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the terms stated in this User Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read these terms carefully before using the Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
- Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Exploration Unlimited, operator of this platform.
- “You”, “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
- “Content” includes text, photos, media, dive logs, user profiles, articles, comments, and other data uploaded or shared through the Service.
- Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
- Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace parts of this Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via website notice or email. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, breach of terms, or suspected unauthorized activity.
- User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, distribute, and process the content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
You agree not to upload content that:

- Promotes dangerous or unethical diving practices
We may remove content that violates these terms at our discretion.

- Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Service, including data loss, interruptions, or reliance on user-generated content. Diving activities involve risk, and the platform does not replace professional training or guidance.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
- Availability
We strive to maintain the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of this Agreement or for conduct harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time.
- Privacy & Data Handling
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected, processed, and stored.
