    We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined, or as legally required. Newly uploaded Report images are removed when you explicitly discard them. Automatic expiry will be reviewed before production user onboarding; it is not currently active while the service has no production users. When you delete your account, the current system also deletes unreleased restricted findings and their consent and media links rather than retaining a pseudonymized research copy. Any future policy for lawfully released research datasets will be reviewed and disclosed separately.
    You may request deletion of your account and personal data (see Section 9).

  7. Data Sharing & Third Parties

    We do not sell personal data.
    We may share information with:

    • Hosting providers & analytics tools
    • Payment processors (if applicable)
    • Moderation/security services
    • Legal authorities when required

    All third parties must comply with GDPR equivalent standards.
